With over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, Christian is a distinguished executive advisor with an impressive history of managing and leading digital, technology, and consulting companies. He has successfully developed products, services, and campaigns for renowned clients such as Deutsche Telekom AG, BMW AG, Google LLC, Mondelēz International, and McDonald's Corp., among others.

His expertise encompasses a wide range of services, such as business planning & strategy, product innovation & development, organizational transformation, team & people development, and mergers & acquisitions , tailored to address the unique needs of each client.

As a results-driven management consultant, Christian is highly dedicated to executing ideas rather than just discussing them. He has founded, built, and scaled successful companies, understanding that vision, drive, and expertise are crucial at every stage. He leverages his strategic management skills, hands-on approach, and extensive global network to ensure project success, taking responsibility until completion.

Previously, Christian held the position of Managing Director | Strategy at Rapid Peaks, where he established a sustainable ecosystem that merged professional sports, lifestyle, and entertainment. His prior roles include Managing Director at Oestreicher+Wagner (now Serviceplan) and webguerillas (now Territory | Bertelsmann Group), Digital Group Director at DDB, and founder of an IT start-up backed by the LMU Entrepreneurship Center and the EXIST program

During his tenure at webguerillas, Christian oversaw the M&A process, the successful acquisition by Territory | Bertelsmann in 2016, and played a pivotal role in the company's cross-portfolio development and professionalization before its sale to Territory | Bertelsmann.

With a background in user experience and business modeling, Christian has grown into a digital business modeling expert. His diverse experience has cultivated a deep understanding of strategic business management, encompassing team development, the modernization of internal structures, and the enhancement of global operations to drive optimal performance and success.
